Retail Brand Advocate Analyst

We are seeking a Retail Brand Advocate Analyst for a fully remote 3 month contract.

This role focuses on leading business insight presentations, digital analytics analyzing performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize product performance and deliver value to customers.

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM EST time.

Team Structure: Works independently but collaborates with a team of 8 peers and external partners

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the online experience and increase conversions
• Leverage customer feedback (CSAT, reviews, Q&A) to refine customer experience
• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned brands
• Resolve issues related to online SKU presentation and brand performance
• Create strategic presentations for suppliers and merchants
• Provide data-driven insights for digital content, product assortment, and competitive positioning
• Optimize cross-sell, up-sell, and bundling strategies to boost revenue
• Develop and execute project plans with suppliers and merchants

We are seeking candidates with:

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Digital Analytics
• E-Commerce Experience

Pay rate: $45/hour on W2
