We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a contract opportunity in Pontiac, MI. This is a 1 year contract role with a mix of on-site and remote work after training.
Key Details
- Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid: On-site 2 days/week, remote 3 days/week)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Start Date: February 10, 2025
- Duration: 1 year
- Experience Level: 3 years required
Role Responsibilities
- Assist users by documenting and resolving IT service requests via phone, email, and online channels.
- Coordinate with IT staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Support the IT service desk as we transition from CA Service Desk to ServiceNow in 2025.
Technical Environment
- Tools: CA Service Desk (current), ServiceNow (future).
- Technologies: Microsoft Desktop OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Certification (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
