Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer at Come Near. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing expense reports, facilitating communication, calendar management, and offering general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.
While this role is 100% remote, we would prefer someone who is living in, and or able to work fully on Pacific Standard Time, or Mountain Standard Time - located in Colorado, Oregon, Washington, or Arizona - however not required.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
- 5 Years experience providing EA support to a C-Level Suite role
- Experience in managing travel and expense reports
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
