What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Comeback Physical Therapy?
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- 1 year experience working an administrative position in a clinic (preferred)
Job Duties Responsibilities:
- Strong verbal communication skills to communicate with patients, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, attorneys, and other 3rd party vendors
- People skills to connect emotionally with patients and healthcare personnel
- Assist staff with maintaining cleanliness and clinic hygiene
- Schedule patient evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment visits
- Maintain a well-documented Plan of Care for each patient
- Respect patient’s rights by maintaining their confidentiality and following all laws and rules according to HIPAA compliance
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
