About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for selling and distributing our Hispanic food and beverage products to supermarkets, c-stores, and mini-markets. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, ensure our products are well-stocked and promoted, and meet sales targets—all while managing the full sales cycle, from order placement to payment collection.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify sales opportunities and grow the client base
- Ensure product availability, merchandising, and promotions
- Monitor deliveries and ensure timely invoice payments
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Stay updated on Latin American food & beverage trends
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, preferably in food & beverage distribution
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Teams, and spreadsheets
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs independently
- Valid driver’s license (local travel required)
