Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle and organize orders, prepare shipments, and maintain warehouse efficiency. Working under 6 hours daily, this role is ideal for someone looking for a steady part-time schedule. While benefits are not included, you’ll receive fair pay for the time you work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use orders and order forms to collect and organize items.
- Arrange and secure containers on pallets using wrapping machines and straps.
- Inspect pallets for damage and confirm accuracy of items and quantities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Pack incoming stocks, take inventory, and report shortages.
- Record and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist with warehouse security and adhere to OSHA, FDA, and other safety regulations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other necessary equipment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for warehouse operations.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
