- Monitor and distribute incoming wire notices.
- Follow set procedure to return unidentified wires.
- Daily balancing and distribution of SBA and OCR Lockbox rejects.
- Review and distribute incoming mail (US and internal) and handle returned mail.
- Daily monitoring/distribution of the outgoing wire DDA out of balance notices and ACH rejects.
- Handle requests for customer refund checks from the LTS Teams.
- Distribute loan invoices and other notices generated from statement rendering
- Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
- Ability to set priorities and complete assignments on time.
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Ability to work successfully as a member of a team as well as independently.
- Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of work experience in a team support environment
- Accounting and/or balancing/reconcilement experience
