Position Responsibilities
Data Management & Governance
- Measure, report, and track Corporate Real Estate execution against functional goals.
- Aggregates, interprets, and analyzes functional KPI, Metric, and SLA data for reporting and compliance tracking.
- Use reporting data and feedback to identify when CRE processes aren't working as designed.
- Facilitate resolution with impacted functional CRE teams.
- Manage the CBRE governance playbook to align CBRE policies, procedures, and reporting to CMA standards and alignment to the MSA and SOWs.
- Manage CRE Policies and Procedures as well as management of CRE SharePoint site.
- Manage the calendar and materials for key events and meetings: Monthly Operations Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Bi-Annual Strategic Executive Team.
- Manage variance reporting and budget forecasts working directly with Finance.
- Partner with BRCO on First Line of Defense risk requirements.
- Manage submissions needed for Sustainability reporting including carbon reporting, waste and water reduction, etc.
- Drives, and reports progress on continuous improvement and cross-functional programs utilizing program management methodologies and tools.
- Coordinates between CMA team and CBRE functional leads to drive a fully integrated end to end service delivery to CMA that aligns to goals, objectives, and priorities.
- Provides support for facilities and project management both strategic (e.g. how to execute a new logo across all facilities) or more tactical (e.g. order name plates and signs within all buildings).
- Responsible for real estate and technology vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance. Partners with Procurement.
- Partnering with Technology, responsible for vetting, acquiring, and maintaining technology platforms.
- Assists in the evaluation of software and hardware planning. Make recommendations regarding system purchases.
- Partners with Procurement, Security, Business Continuity, Sustainability, and others as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 4 years of relevant experience in Business, Finance, or related field
- 4 years of Business analytics and/or commercial real estate industry or related experience
- 3 years of Project management experience
- 3 years of experience in financial modeling, planning, database management/business intelligence
- 3 years of experience with Real Estate/Facilities practices preferred
- Project Management Professional designation preferred
