Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with drop off of garments and any issues
- Detail clothes check for stains or tears
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with management to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Tagging of clothes with tracking bar codes
- Racking of clothes upon receipt from plant
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in sales, time management, dry cleaning experience is a plus
- Proficient in using POS systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues in a timely manner
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
