In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

Summary :

The Manager Sales Operations will support the Head of Global Sales Operations and Global Sales in developing and executing a scalable Sales Operations organization. They will lead a local team of employees (Customer Service Representatives) responsible for Sales Operations core competencies including :

Responsibilities :

Order entry and compliance to commercial contracts, company policies and trade regulations
Data governance (pricing and quality)
Forecasting systems inputs (internal and external)
Communication of customer delivery status
Cross-PCT system development and process improvements
Coordination with Finance for closing, receivable and collections
Onboarding of new customers
Metrics and dashboarding

Qualifications :

Strong experience SAP, CRM, Jira / Conﬂuence and related tools

Knowledge of Quote-to-Collect processes and practices

Strong leadership skills empowering employees and holding them accountable for their performance

Strong analytical thinking abilities and desire to learn and deploy new tools and methods

Excellent communications skills, written and verbal

Ability to operate in a matrix management environment and accomplish goals through cooperation and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent team player with ability to keep cross-functional teams focused on strategy and goals

Excellent people skills adaptable to multiple regions and cultures

Ability to work and adapt and prioritize under pressure

Proﬁcient Microsoft Oﬃce user; expert level in Excel

Ability to develop clear action plans and schedules

Ability to organize, evaluate and manage workﬂows

Education and Experience :

Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Operations / Administration, Customer Service, or related

Strong process documentation and continuous improvement experience

The target salary range for this job is approximately $115,000 to $135,000 annually.
