What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer/Production Artist position at Comey & Shepherd Realtors?
Leading local real estate company has an opportunity for a Graphic Designer in our award-winning, in-house marketing department. Position will require keen eye and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Desire and ability to work in fast-paced, creative environment
- Some knowledge of design for digital media
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be a problem solver, can work quickly under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines and think out of the box on occasion.
- Experience with production design work (direct mail, post cards, brochures, etc...), working with existing templates with design ability to create new templates when needed.
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to jump in and help with any task as needed
- Real estate knowledge and experience is a plus
- Bachelors Degree or marketing background experience preferred
