Job Description :

We are urgently seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team in Decatur, MI. This position offers flexible shift options on Tuesdays and Thursdays, providing essential care to individuals in need. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of those you assist.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with daily personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)

Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Provide companionship and emotional support

Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior

Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the client

Maintain accurate care records and communicate with family members as needed

Qualifications :

Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is required

Strong communication skills and a caring attitude

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility

Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred, but not required)
