Job Requirements:
- Must be female.
- At least 2-3 years of caregiving experience is required.
- Proficient in using equipment such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and other mobility aids.
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius as needed.
- Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation.
- Availability for every other weekend is required.
- Strong leadership skills with a professional and dependable attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct caregiving services to clients, filling in shifts as needed.
- Conduct supervisor visits to monitor the quality of care and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Ensure the safe and proper use of caregiving equipment.
- Monitor and report client progress to the healthcare team.
- Support and guide the caregiving team while maintaining high care standards.
