Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Caregivers: Conduct regular supervisory visits to monitor the performance of caregivers and ensure that clients are receiving excellent care.
- Travel Requirements: Travel within a 1.5-hour radius of Kalamazoo to visit clients and provide on-site leadership and support.
- Care Plan Oversight: Ensure that all care plans are followed correctly, updating them as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to caregiving staff to promote professional development and client satisfaction.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction with services.

Qualifications
