Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship to help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding
- Remind clients to take medications on schedule
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure clients' safety
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands (if needed)
- Monitor clients’ overall well-being and report any changes to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing high-quality care
- Must pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for certain shifts)
