As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing patient care while also providing supervision and guidance to caregivers. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team, addressing specific needs and goals.
Coordination of Care: Coordinate and facilitate the provision of healthcare services, therapies, and medical equipment as prescribed in the care plan.
Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with education on their medical condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques to enhance their independence and well-being.
Medication Management: Administer medications and monitor medication adherence, side effects, and interactions, ensuring patient safety.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and changes in the patient's condition in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
