Your Role:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and provide targeted interventions.
- Update care plans to track progress and document client outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers for seamless care delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- BLS certification.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
