- This Home Care Position is a Part time position.
- Sunday- Saturday 5 p.m.- 9 p.m.
- Sunday & Saturdays 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Hoyer lift experience preferred.

Job Summary:
The caregiver provides clients various personal care and housekeeping services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.
Essential Functions:
- Personal Care
- Caring Companionship and Activities
- Meal Planning and preparation or escort to the dinning hall
- Assistance with bathing
- Dressing and Grooming
- Toileting and incontinent care
- Errands and Transportation
- Housekeeping services
- Medication Reminders
