Great communication skills

Experience with caregiving or CNA work (transfers, bathing, meal prep)
Caring demeanor
Creative problem solver
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative and coachable.
Excellent organizational skills.
Be open to shift coverage throughout the day, but specifically between the hours of 7 : 30am and 11am
Handling after business hour phone calls in a time matter (additional compensation for after hours answering)
Able to assist with bathing needs
Lifting assistance, lifting up to 50 pounds
Jobs responsibilities include :
Acting as an on call CNA or caregiver for call outs
Caring for clients in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
Answering phone calls for call offs outside of business hours as needed
Assisting the scheduler with day to day office tasks one to two days per week
