What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- Knowledgeable in safety and infection control practices
What Will You Be Doing?
- Comprehensive Client Assessments: Evaluate client status (physical, emotional, and environmental) to create the best care plan.
- Tailored Care Plans: Develop personalized plans incorporating data analysis and the latest scientific practices.
- Interventions for Client Goals: Implement strategies that help clients achieve realistic health outcomes and well-being.
- Monitoring Progress: Regularly update care plans to track client progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and ensure compliance.
- Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive client records documenting assessments, interventions, and progress.
