ComForCare Sarasota is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care services for seniors and individuals in need of assistance. As we launch our office, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help build relationships, generate leads, and grow our presence in the Sarasota community.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive client referrals and community engagement. This role requires a balance of office-based lead management and field marketing efforts to establish strong partnerships with local facilities, clinics, and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
- Follow up with incoming leads promptly and professionally (on call 8AM to 8PM – some weekends)
- Answer and manage lead calls, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Set a goal of acquiring at least one new client per week (initial phase).
Community Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Visit local facilities, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote ComForCare’s services.
- Attend marketing events to network and expand referral sources.
- Plan and execute one community marketing event per month to showcase ComForCare’s offerings.
Office-Based Marketing & Coordination:
- Participate in weekly CFC Wednesday meetings to strategize and align marketing efforts.
- Maintain weekly communication updates on marketing activities, progress, and lead conversions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Sales or marketing experience in healthcare, senior care, or home care (preferred but not required).
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Passionate about helping seniors and making a difference in the community.
