- Part Time
- $14/Hour
- 8 am to 10:30 am in the morning/ 7days a week/ 18 hours weekly, will prefer someone from zip code 28173, or in Indian Land, Lancaster, Indian Trail.
- Experience not required, Training available
The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.
Essential Functions:
- Personal Care
- Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair), change of position, with toileting.
- Companion/Sitter/Household Management
- Provide companionship and respite services for family
- Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients
- Client needs immediate assistance for 2 to 2.5 hours daily in the morning, all 7 days.)
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- High school graduate or G.E.D certificate
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
Must be:
• Willing to keep client active
• Good at communicating
• Have driver's license and car
