We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide mobility assistance and help lift clients as needed to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Monitor and observe clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to appropriate personnel.
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required by the organization.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care, nursing homes, or home care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with patient observation techniques and first aid practices is highly desirable.
- Background in social work or direct support roles is a plus.
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor when interacting with clients and their families.
