As an Director of Operations at ComForCare, you will coordinate staffing schedules, supervise operational teams, implement workflow systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain confidentiality within a home care agency environment.

- Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of all direct and indirect services to Agency home care clients ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate home care services.
- Assist in the planning and development of Agency structure, policies and procedures.
- Conduct sofa visits to educate potential clients and families on home care services in a way that will encourage new client to sign on.
- Conduct large group and one-on-one presentations on various topics as necessary. These presentations may be directed to referral sources or direct consumers.
- Establish and implement systems to inform clients and their families of the scope and nature of home health care services and community resources.
- Providing direction and supervision to office staff.
- Ensuring job performance complies with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Minimum of one (1) years experience in staffing and operations or related field.
- With proven skills in organization, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across different levels of an organization.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies for community engagement.
- Self-driven and self-disciplined, determined to independently drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with referral sources, clients, clients' families, co-workers and all supervisors.
- Treated with respect and dignity.
- Provided exceptional training on a regular and ongoing basis.
- Are never alone in the field - support is always available.
- Thoughtfully matched with clients that they are compatible with.
