Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- File documents and maintain records in an organized manner
- Previous experience working in home health care as a front desk receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
