Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Product Marketer (User Experience) .

We are looking for a seasoned product marketer who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences and driving innovation in workplace technology. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in how we enable customer-facing teams to become UX champions.
Responsibilities :
- Partner Management : Act as the primary liaison between product marketing and enablement teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment on strategy and execution.
- Content Creation and Maintenance : Develop, update, and manage a library of sales enablement materials, including demos, presentations, sales spots, and other assets that support field-facing teams.
- Demo and Asset Development : Collaborate with product marketers and enablement teams to create compelling demos and assets that effectively showcase the value and capabilities of Workday’s user experience.
- Cohesive Execution : Ensure all enablement materials are aligned and integrated into a cohesive narrative that supports go-to-market strategies and drives successful field engagement.
- Field Enablement Support : Work closely with sales, SC, and CS teams to gather feedback, understand their needs, and continuously improve the tools and resources provided to them.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor the effectiveness of enablement efforts and provide regular updates to the product marketing team, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Pay Range and Benefits :
Pay Range : $65 / hr – 70 / hr W2
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
