Job Description
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Technical Writer .
Position Type : Full time Contract, Temp to Direct.
Duration : 06-12 Months
Location : Rochester, NY 14610 (Onsite)
As a Technical Writer, you will :
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, factory employees, multimedia, trainers, subject matter experts, and other departments to create training content to meet customer needs.
- Design learning experiences with multiple delivery modes (such as in-person classroom environments, virtual classrooms, and eLearning).
- Write instructional text and instructor notes.
- Develop training courseware, performance support tools, and technical job aids.
- Analyze and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve trainings.
- Participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ITAR, EAR, and CUI, when applicable.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in Instructional Design and Learning and Development.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range : $38-$40 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
