Job ID : 991562Location : McLean, VirginiaJob Type : ContractAdded : 2 days agoJob Description Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Lead Mobile Developer .Position type : ContractDuration : 6-12 monthsLocation : RemoteJob Responsibilities : Develop iOS client code solutions that align with product strategy and adhere to engineering best practices.Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX / UI designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality customer experiences.Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality.Advocate for the mobile platform within internal and external developer communities.Stay updated on mobile development technologies and practices.Contribute to group discussions and incorporate feedback from the team.Mentor junior to mid-level engineers.Engage with developers across various disciplines to enhance collaboration.Lead the delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and architects.Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.Identify technical obstacles early and collaborate on solutions.Review pull requests for adherence to coding standards.Requirements : Bachelor's DegreeAt least 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)At least 2 years of experience building iOS applicationsAt least 2 years of experience with SwiftNice-to-haves : 3 years of experience building iOS applications3 years of experience with Swift1 year of experience in open source frameworks1 year of experience with Agile practicesTwo zoom video interviews are required - one technical and one job fit / behavioral. Fully remote acceptable, all markets acceptable but must work ET zone.
