Location : Baltimore, Maryland
As a Technical PM, Scrum Master and Business Analyst, you will be tasked with bringing mature project management discipline and focus to our environment, while also supporting a culture of agility, entrepreneurship, and innovation. This individual will assist in broader project portfolio management activities, including implementing new tools and capabilities for project portfolio status reporting, project dashboards, project registration, and requirements definition.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Execute day-to-day project management activities on key initiatives.
- Work with Product and Business Owners to prioritize project deliverables.
- Actively lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Work with team manager to establish agile methodologies adopted by the development teams.
- Manage project dimensions of resources, timelines, scope, and quality.
- Manage and maintain the Scrum board in Jira based on feedback from the development team.
- Clear obstacles, bird-dog tasks and team member accountability, and escalate issues as required.
- Manage meeting cadence with Product and Business Owners as needed.
- Drive broad stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Requirements gathering and translation for the development team.
- Assist with liaising with 3rd party suppliers that are engaged on projects.
- Consult with other team members regarding project management standards and activities.

Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field required.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range : $125,000 - $147,000 Per Annum
