Duties

- Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting and transferring as needed.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Offer specialized care for individuals with conditions such as dementia or those requiring hospice services.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.
Skills

- Experience or knowledge in dementia care, memory care, and long-term care practices.
