Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatments to clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Instruct clients and their families in home exercise programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure optimal client care
- Document progress and treatment plans
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for accurate and compliant patient record management
- Working with diverse populations and age groups.
Requirements:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
