Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Mt Pleasant Comfort Care. This rewarding role requires caregiving skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to provide quality care to our residents as a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in our facility. This position will be for our Mt Pleasant facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide direct support and companionship to individuals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfer of individuals
- Experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR preferred but NOT REQUIRED
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
