Quality Control Inspector (Property Management)

This role is ideal for someone who values ethics, integrity, company loyalty, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with a team to oversee property quality and compliance inspections while delivering outstanding customer service across four (4) manufactured housing communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property and compliance inspections across all communities.
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
- Assist with new home installations.
- Collaborate with office staff to address property issues or needs.
- Monitor cleanliness of property grounds and landscaping.
- Address and resolve assigned service issues efficiently.
- Coordinate daily with the Office Administrator to ensure timely completion of tasks.
What We're Looking ForExperience and Skills:
- Familiarity with Rent Manager or similar property management software (a plus).
- General computer and smartphone knowledge (Android or iPhone proficiency required).
- Customer service experience is highly preferred. Education and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in residential property management (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and operate independently.
- A team player who values collaboration.
- Spanish Preferred, but not required.
Position Details:
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Compensation: $18-$20 per hour with a vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Travel: Requires travel between multiple job sites.
