Quality Control TechnicianPosition Overview:

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintaining high living standards, property aesthetics, and functional quality within the community. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with community rules, assisting with home renovations, and supporting ongoing property improvement projects. The technician will work closely with the Quality Control Supervisor to uphold company standards and enhance the overall resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Rule Enforcement & Resident Compliance:
- Conduct weekly inspections to ensure residents adhere to community standards and guidelines.
- Identify and document violations, issue notices, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with residents regarding compliance expectations and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Property Quality & Maintenance Oversight:
- Perform weekly property inspections to assess the condition of common areas, landscaping, signage, lighting, and overall curb appeal.
- Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and aesthetic improvements.
- Work with the maintenance team to address property upkeep concerns.
- Home Renovations & Repairs:
- Assist the Quality Control Supervisor in inspecting and coordinating home renovation projects.
- Support the renovation process by performing minor repair work, coordinating contractors, and ensuring homes meet company quality standards before occupancy.
- Project Assistance & Completion:
- Assist with various property improvement projects, including infrastructure repairs, landscaping enhancements, and amenity upgrades.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality expectations.
- Provide hands-on support as needed to expedite project completion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in property inspections, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality or compliance issues.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.
- Basic knowledge of home repairs and renovation processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for property visits.
Work Environment:
- Primarily outdoor work with regular on-site property inspections.
- Requires walking, standing, and occasional physical labor.
- Some interaction with residents, requiring professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Travel will be required
