Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities are:
- Researching parts availability and pricing
- Assisting other team members in taking care of customers needs
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from technicians and supervisors
- Using telephones or text messages to contact technicians and customers
- Speaking with customers to schedule appointments for services
- Preparing daily work such as schedules
- Preparing work orders for technicians
- Answering telephones
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Must have:
- Good customer service skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Proficient computer skills
- Employees must be dependable and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
