Here is some of what you'll be doing:
- Respond to residential house calls to service HVAC systems
- Perform routine inspections and repairs of HVAC systems.
- Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and why it needs to be done
- Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency
- Have the opportunity to sale equipment, NO SALES CONSULTANTS!
Here is what we require:
- Clean Driving Record
- Drug Free
- Reliable Transportation (Take home vehicle will be available after probation period is over)
- At least 1 year experience in residential and light commercial jobs
- EPA Certified
- Someone who is able to completely diagnose unit and fix equipment on their own and has the ability to give customers honest options to either repair or replace
- Can work overtime and weekends when needed (May through September normally)
- Problem Solver
- Motivated with a can do attitude
- EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
