Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through warm calling and outbound efforts. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present our software solutions effectively. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls and outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers and promote our software solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Assist in inside sales activities by qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a software environment.
- Strong skills in warm calling, telemarketing, and outbound calling techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is a plus.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay potential earnings: $60,000-$100,000/annually
Base pay plus commissions

Requirements:
2 years sales experience, with customer service, or telemarketing/telecommunications
Proficiency in using CRM software as well as other sales-related tools
Persuasive communication and active listening skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
