What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Sales Lead Coordinator position at Comfort First Heating & Cooling?
SUMMARY: The Sales Lead Coordinator (SLC) will be a reliable source of support to team members and will ensure this support via customer service, communication, training, and team support. Receiving sales leads and referrals from service techs as well as generating leads by reviewing tech work orders. to continually and consistently grow department revenue, meet margin goals, and to ensure quality service is provided to every customer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule interested customers, leads that come in through lead sources, technician leads and all American Home Shield (AHS) upgrades with Project Managers.
- Respond to internet leads 5-10 minutes upon receipt.
- Track all leads, leads sources and sales closing average in a spreadsheet.
- Help customers apply for financing and answer any questions they may have regarding financing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three-years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
