CFH Controls is looking for an experienced BAS/HVAC controls low voltage wiring installer to join our team. Our fast-growing company offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits!
Typical Work Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday (occasional evenings, weekends and staggered shifts when needed)
Position Summary: Complete installation of low voltage wiring and raceways for new controls installations. Wiring installation included terminations. Work with controls technicians and project managers for installation requirements and point-to-point checkout.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 years previous HVAC experience
• Familiar with the following light commercial systems: BAS/DDC control systems, Package Units, Split Systems, VRF systems, and VAV systems
• Experienced with installation of conduit and low voltage wiring in a neat and professional manner
• Experienced with IP network installation
• Experienced with BAS/DDC wire terminations and point-to-point checkout
• Ability to read blue prints and wiring schematics
Required Qualifications:
• Valid driver license and clean driving record, insurable by company insurance
• Keep job site and company vehicle clean and organized
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Ability to work well independently or as a team
• Follow instructions from supervisor and journeyman, and carry out in a timely manner
• Must be able to work occasional evenings, weekends and staggered shifts when needed
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds consistent with trade practice
• Ability to work out of town when necessary
• Ability to work outside in a wide range of temperatures
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to work off ladders & lifts
• Come to work ready to work with proper tools and attire
• Desire to advance in career through apprenticeship program and on-the-job training
• Oregon Limited Energy License (LEA or LEB)
or
• Oregon General Journeyman Electrician License
