  • Handle cash transactions occasionally and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain organized documentation.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Maintain professionalism in phone etiquette
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Support office operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Experience in customer support or office environments preferred.
  • Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions based on customer needs.
