Responsibilities

- Offer bereavement support to individuals coping with loss, facilitating grief counseling sessions as needed.
- Engage in crisis management by providing immediate support during critical situations, ensuring the emotional well-being of those affected.
- Mentor individuals seeking spiritual growth or guidance, fostering their personal development through one-on-one sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate spiritual care into patient treatment plans.
- Present educational workshops on topics related to spirituality, mental health, and coping strategies.
Experience
- A degree in theology, ministry, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospice care or similar environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and management are essential for this role.
- Strong public speaking abilities with experience educating diverse audiences on spiritual matters.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring others in their spiritual journeys.
- Familiarity with various religious traditions and practices to ensure inclusive care for all individuals served.
