  • CHC is proud to be Joint Commission accredited and is the only psychiatric home healthcare agency in MA to achieve this stature. In the role of Director of Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement, you will help lead us in retaining this status.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the driving force behind our quality excellence and performance success, working directly with the CEO to raise the bar and redefine home healthcare standards.

You will:

OWN QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

  • Design and enforce quality improvement strategies that meet-and exceed-Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards.
  • Run audit like a pro-both internal and external-to ensure regulatory excellence.

LEAD & DEVELOP HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAMS

  • Train, mentor, and elevate nurses and caregivers, ensuring they have the tools to execute at the highest level.
  • Lead our annual Skills Fair and other training programs to keep our teams sharp.

DRIVE EXECUTION & ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Ensure nothing gets missed. Oversee EMR reports, close documentation gaps, and drive seamless billing and compliance processes.
  • Implement policies with precision. Develop systems that guarantee adherence to quality and efficiency standards.

DRIVE COMPLIANCE & AUDITS

  • Lead internal and external audits, collaborate with regulatory bodies, and keep us ahead of industry standards.

TRANSFORM DATA INTO ACTION

  • Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and operational efficiency.


OPTIMIZE OPERATIONS & STREAMLINE PROCESSES

  • Eliminate inefficiencies. Find bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and ensure every department operates at peak performance.
  • Bridge the gaps. Work cross-functionally with leadership, nursing, and billing teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution

What You Need:


  • License: A current Massachusetts Registered Nursing license is required, MSN preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of industry regulations and governing laws.
  • Management Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years in progressive management roles, preferably in certified home health.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, medical records, and compliance management software.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical, investigative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Collaboration & Team Leadership: Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clinical personnel, office personnel, and outside providers.
