Job Description: The In-Home Patient Support Associate will provide personalized care and support services to individuals in their own homes, including assistance with daily living activities, household tasks, and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Reports observations and concerns to the agency director or accounts manager
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in home care preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
