Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management or customer service is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
