- Create enjoyable guest experiences

- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with our housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance staff to accommodate all guests' needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests Qualifications :
- Work experience as a Guest Service Representative, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software, like ChoiceAdvantage, OnQ, and Opera
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking, Expedia, and TripAdvisor
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation : $12.5 - $13.5 hourly
