Front Desk Attendant/Breakfast Attendant

Comfort Inn and Suites Morehead, KY is actively seeking a front desk attendant to cover 2nd shift mainly from 3pm -11pm or 12-8pm however some 1st shifts maybe necessary also. Two days a week the Employee will work the Breakfast Attendants position from 6am until the cleaning is completed can be as early as 12 Noon or the Full 8 hr shift can be worked as long as the tasks required are getting completed. Employees must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts. The employee could potentially be on call as well for when needed if another employee is sick or has an emergency and can not cover their own shift. Applicant must be dependable, and capable of operating an online billing system in which training will be given, and must have exceptional people skills. The job entails taking phone calls, booking reservations, solving billing issues, resolving guest complaints, laundry duties, and most importantly creating meaningful relationships with all guests while maintaining complete professionalism and representing Choice Hotels exceptionally. All applicants must at least be 18 years or older. Once the Employee completes assigned learning modules in Choice University, a raise will be given. All applicants are asked to come in person to the hotel to pick up a paper application and apply virtually with their resume. If hired employee will be place on a 90-day Trial period after those 90 days management and employee will have an assessment over the employee's performance to determine if it is beneficial to continue employment for both business and employee however the employee can still be let go at anytime before the 90 days are up if found necessary. All expectations will be explained in detail to the employee during the hiring process.
