Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service in a fast-paced hotel setting.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established procedures.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
