```Duties```
- Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors and guests, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate projects and assist with various administrative tasks as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with office management duties such as filing, organizing supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution
```Qualifications```
- Hotel Management experience preferred
- Hotel Front Office experienced preferred
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
