Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel or hospitality settings, with a strong focus on floor care and housekeeping management.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management processes will be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $10.98 - $13.00 per hour
