Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes.
- Maintain the shuttle vehicle in good working condition by performing regular inspections and basic maintenance.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including handling luggage or other personal items as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur during transport.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, delivery driving, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and team members.
- Ability to maintain a clean driving record and pass background checks as required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Capability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
